  5. Choose OFF in firewall state and click on apply then select OK.
  6. Close the Windows defender firewall with advanced security and try to install MS Office.
  7. If error code 30015 11 doesn’t fix yet, follow the next step.

6- Check for Windows update and fix, if needed.

  1. Click on the Windows search bar (lower-left corner) and type Windows update and select open.
  2. If there any pending Windows update, first update all of them.
  3. After installing updates, then try to install Office.
  4. If there any error with the Windows update, first try to fix them and then install Office.

7- Fix system missing files with the System file checker tool.

  1. Click on the Windows search bar (lower-left corner) and type Command Prompt and select open as admin.
  2. Type sfc /scannow and hit the enter.
  3. Follow the remaining screen If prompted to do something.

8- Check if service is disable

  1. Click on the Windows search bar (lower-left corner) and type services, and select open.
  2. Search the Office Source engine and start it if disabled.
  3. Search the Windows installer and start it if disabled.

9- Uninstall (Manually Uninstall Office) and reinstall Office 

Uninstall Office manually removes Office from computers if the Office fails to uninstall from Control Panel. If you don’t know how to uninstall Office manually, read this article. After uninstalling Office, then reinstall Office is necessary to use MS Office on your computer.

  1.  Access your Microsoft account for your subscription or non-subscription Office product.
  2. Choose Install.
  3. Click on Run or the equivalent, depending on the browser you’re using.
  4. When you see You’re all set then, click All done.
